World Hip Hop Championship '11/22/07
(Visited 2501 times)I was searching for a Hip Hop choreography on YouTube last night because Marc asked me to help out with his team’s choreography for their Christmas party dance competition two weeks from now. I stumbled upon the Philippine All Stars who won 1st place at the 2006 World Hip Hop Championship.
Champion of 2006 World Hip Hop Competition
This year, All Stars from the Philippines placed 3rd, while Kaba Modern (short for KABABAYAN which means fellow Filipino) representing the USA, placed 2nd. Then Eclectik from Trinidad and Tobago placed 1st.
I was inspired to dance again (my last was 2005) when I saw their routine and new moves. And yet I have to learn new style and moves overnight. Impossible! So, I asked my friend to help out and luckily he agreed. I gave him the floor instead because I have ice hockey games on weekends and I cannot skip games because 3 plays are very crucial. But I’ll definitely support Marc’s team and join them in dancing and learn new steps. That will keep me on my dancing shoes again.

My friends didn’t want to cancel our night out, so we pushed through with the Superklasse @ Embassy with Steve Aoki event. Good thing we went there to experience DJ Steve Aoki’s party scene. ‘Twas an awesome and insanely-cool night!! The club was jam packed with party peeps and celebrities. My friends Au and Louann, also with hockey buddies Julian from the US and James from Germany really enjoyed the party.
