After the battle with General Zod and his gang of Kryptonian super-villains, Superman (Brandan Routh) mysteriously disappears for years. After searching for more possible survivors from Krypton and finding none, Superman returns to Metropolis to re-assume the identity of Clark Kent. Once he returns, he discovers that Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth) is in a relationship and also has a son.
Superman also discovers that Metropolis has learned to live without him, causing him to lose his motivation to fight and protect. To make matters worse, Superman’s old nemesis Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey) has devised a plan to defeat the Man of Steel, for good. Superman must put his troubles behind him in order to protect his lost love, and the city who lost faith in him.
Superman Returns will be released on June 28, 2006 (in the Philippines) by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

Blue Crush is about a group of girls who grew up in Hawaii and live to surf. Anne Marie (played by Kate Bosworth) is the best surfer. She was on her way to going pro but a wave wiped her out then hit her head to a rock and nearly drowned. Now, after three years, she’s ready to try again. Eden (Michelle Rodriguez) and Lena (Sanoe Lake) are her best buds. Eden is kinda like her surf coach and Lena is kinda like her cheerleader. She also has to take care of her bratty lil’ sis named Penny (Mika Boorem) who blames Anne Marie for the fact her mom bailed.
There are a lot of cute moments between the surf chicks as they try to make cash working as maids at a resort. And, there’s a lil’ romance between Anne Marie and a professional football player named Matt (Matthew Davis). As for realism… it’s rather amusing to watch Anne Marie in the surf competition against all these burly, muscular surf queens when she weighs about as much as their thigh.
If you’re all about the beach, bikinis and big surf - Blue Crush is gonna top your list of fave flicks. Whether it’s the beautiful scenery of Oahu, the great girl-bonding, the hottie romance, awesome tunes or the killer surf footage, Blue Crush is the kind of film you’ll love. Ü

This is one of my favorite chick-flick. I watched it over 100 times but i still find it funny and romantic at the same time. I love Drew Barrymore. She is a great actress, and this role suited her really well. The chemistry between Sam and Josie was really good, and Michael Vartan was an excellent actor in this film. Fell in love with Jeremy Jordan (yeah.. he’s the 90’s macho-singer who sang “Try my love”) who played the role of Guy Perkins, who was the popular and perfect guy in school. Other cast includes Jessica Alba, David Arquette, Molly Shannon, Leelee Sobieski, Garry Marshall & Marley Shelton.
This is my favorite line in the movie. It’s kinda mushy but I really like the message… “That thing, that moment, when you kiss someone and everything around becomes hazy and the only thing in focus is you and this person and realize that that person is the only person that you’re supposed to kiss for the rest of your life, and for one moment you get this amazing gift and you want to laugh and you want to cry because you feel so lucky that you found it and so scared that it will go away all at the same time.” - Josie Geller
