Good Dive, Bad Dive '06/26/07
(Visited 1987 times)What is a good racing dive? Aside from playing ice hockey, I was also a competitive swimmer back in the days. I started swimming when I was 12 years old. I joined the Swim Team in high school and college. I was a member of AAPS (Athletics Association for Private Schools) and won silver and bronze medals for freestyle and backstroke events. I didn’t win any gold (which I really got frustrated) because I thought it has something to do with my height haha… I had extensive practices, 5 times a week between 5am to 7am. I really enjoyed the Swim Meets and of course my dark, toned body. 
Anyways, what is a good dive again? Leap up and out, then enter the water without a splash for a perfect racing dive. Here are the steps:
