Nokia N90 vs Sony Ericsson W900i '02/25/06
(Visited 7913 times)I’m planning to buy a new mobile phone but I still can’t decide between Nokia N90 & Sony Ericsson W900i. I’ve been a Nokia user ever since text messaging began and I don’t want to risk buying other brands but as long as it’s really worth it, I’ll go for it! Ü

hi sharm! yan na ba mga usong phones dyan? lemme help u decide. first, they’re both 2 megapixel…only difference is Sony E’s got a dual camera while the N90 has a rotating camera. since i’ve been working for a cell co., i’ve seen and held both models. on the physical aspect, i dunno if you’d like a big, bulky cell like N90, others say it has too many features making it complicated to use. on the other hand, the W900i is a swivel type phone. once you open it, it becomes a long cellphone but you don’t always have to open it unless you’ll be texting. they both have a camera flash but aside from having a phone and camera, u also have a walkman or ipod on hand with SE. with regards to function, they’re both user-friendly but i’ve observed that SE’s battery lasts longer than Nokia’s which I like best about them. how much do they cost there? that’s also one thing u’l have to consider. hope i’ve helped u in some way. laterz!!!!!!!
Shopping is a very subjective endeavor. So I suppose you must first take into account what your needs are first before I can give my two cents.

Yey! Thanks, Wed! After days of comparing both phones, I’ve decided to get SE W900i (White). It only cost 28K while N90 cost 30K. I’m planning to buy it within this week. :p

Good decided, The biggest thing about these mobiles is : W900i has 4 times more display-color, (better camera) … 10 times more memory without memorycard… Nokia n90 is bigger… Since Nokia n90 use 2 megpxl for 3G, It lags as hell!! And N90 HASNT radio!!! Or EDGE, VERY GOOD DECIDED!!!.. I LOVE U…

Personally, I don’t want/need RADIO ON MY PHONE. N90 have anything less in quality of music listening via earphones.
TrueBass, WOW effects, equalisations, balance with using special programs. It is something like the Winamp on PC! Also, it can take codecs! CODECS! Can YOU believe this?!
Special programs AND editors can be used for images and videos.
Can SE W900i have any good editor… for anything? Ha! Maybe just the ringtone maker!

I definitely go for cost… the more expensive the phone…the better! It keeps me from seeing my mobile unit with similar models among the jologs or kuripot crowd.
As to their costs, N90 is more expensive. On the downside, Nokia models depreciate faster than their Ericsson counterparts.
